Quotes are free and without obligation. Work begins once you confirm your instruction and we have agreed the scope and timescale.

Reports are prepared for the named client and the stated purpose, and reflect the condition observed at the time of inspection.

We are fully insured for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity. Our liability is limited to the terms agreed for each instruction.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
